Location: Johnson City, TN

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

Schedule: 1st - 6 am - 2:30 pm | 2nd - 3:30 pm - 12:00 am

Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Safety Department, ensuring smooth coordination of employee check-ins, compliance documentation, and recordkeeping. Job Duties

  • Perform daily employee check-ins, verifying attendance, schedules, and required documentation.
  • Collect, review, and process employee paperwork to ensure accuracy, completion, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and maintain schedules for annual hearing tests and other required safety compliance testing.
  • Track employee participation in hearing tests, follow up on incomplete testing, and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain confidential employee safety and compliance files in both electronic and paper formats.

Education Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate degree, business coursework, or administrative support training preferred.

Experience Requirements

  • At least one year of administrative, office support, receptionist, or clerical experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common office software.
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting multiple departments or executive staff is beneficial.
  • Experience with scheduling, document preparation, recordkeeping, and office coordination is preferred.
  • Familiarity with business software, office equipment, and data entry systems is considered an asset.
