Location: Norcross, GA
Pay Rate: $21 per hour
4+ Month Contract
Summary:
Shift: Mon to Fri; 8am to 4pm; 40 hrs per week
Work Mode: On-Site
Responsibilities:
Scan and digitize documents, records, and lot-related paperwork using company scanning equipment.
Organize, label, and upload electronic files into designated computer folders and document management systems.
Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
Ensure all scanned documents are legible, complete, and saved in the correct locations.
Create and maintain folder structures for efficient document storage and retrieval.
Sort, categorize, and archive records according to established procedures.
Assist with tracking and maintaining lot documentation and associated records.
Support administrative operations including data entry, record updates, and document preparation.
Maintain confidentiality and security of company information and records.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing and organization of files and documents.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
Basic data entry and computer skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
Previous administrative, clerical, records management, or document control experience preferred.
Experience with scanning equipment and electronic document management systems preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
Occasional lifting of file boxes and documents up to 25 pounds.
Frequent use of computers, scanners, and other office equipment.
