The Administrative Assistant is a key member of the leadership support team, helping drive operational efficiency, effective communication, and a positive employee and stakeholder experience through professional administrative support. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to plant leadership and departmental teams. This role is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings and events, supporting purchasing and financial processes, arranging travel, and ensuring the efficient operation of daily administrative activities. The successful candidate will be highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.
