Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, quick-learning professional who takes pride in accurate work, enjoys learning, and is comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
This position combines administrative support, customer service, document review, data entry, and regulatory compliance assistance. You will communicate with clients, maintain electronic and paper files, review information for accuracy and compliance, and support daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Read, understand, and assist customers with DOT regulatory requirements and questions
- Answer customer phone calls and emails professionally
- Perform accurate data review and entry within company systems
- Review, proofread, and organize documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service and client support
- Maintain strict confidentiality and securely handle sensitive information
- Learn and apply company procedures, Federal requirements, and industry-specific processes
- Perform Drug & Alcohol Specimen Collections (experience preferred, but we will train the right candidate)
Experience & Skills Needed
- Strong reading comprehension and ability to understand instructions, procedures, forms, and regulatory information
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Strong typing, data entry, proofreading, organizational, and time-management skills
- Comfortable with computers and learning new systems
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and professionally
