We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with executive-level support experience to join our team onsite in Harrisburg, PA. This role requires a detail-oriented professional capable of managing administrative operations, supporting senior executives, and handling sensitive information with discretion. Immediate availability is preferred.
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Draft, proofread, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain confidential files and records
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications
Support the planning and execution of internal meetings and external events
Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role supporting executives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Must be available to work onsite in Harrisburg, PA
