Description

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
  • Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense reporting.
  • Support team members with administrative needs as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all tasks.

Profile

A successful Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
