SAMG Administration is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide critical administrative and operational support to leadership and team members. This individual will be scheduled to work 40 hours per week and will play a key role in ensuring the efficient day-to-day functioning of the department.
An ideal candidate possesses finely honed critical thinking skills, time management skills, excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include a variety of administrative tasks - including document/file management, receiving and screening visitors and phone calls, maintaining assigned calendars, managing scheduling needs and coordinating meetings, conference, special events, and travel.
