    Description

    Sunflower Development Center is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant / Front Office Coordinator for our Raynham location.Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:00 pm 

    We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and comfortable being at the center of a busy pediatric therapy office. This person will manage the front desk while also providing administrative support to our operations and leadership team.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Greeting families, staff, and visitors

    • Answering phones and responding to routine questions

    • Supporting family communication and scheduling needs

    • Managing paperwork, forms, scanning, filing, and document organization

    • Helping track outstanding administrative items and following up as needed

    • Maintaining an organized and welcoming front office

    • Assisting with office supplies and general office needs

    • Supporting administrative projects and day-to-day operations

    • Communicating with families and staff by phone, email, and in person

    • Maintaining confidentiality and following HIPAA requirements

    • Assisting wherever needed to keep the center running smoothly

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Is dependable and reliable

    • Is organized and detail-oriented

    • Has strong communication and customer-service skills

    • Is comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

    • Takes initiative and follows through

    • Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems

    • Enjoys working around children, families, and a collaborative team

    Previous administrative, front desk, medical office, healthcare, behavioral health, or pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

    Position Details

    Full-time

    Monday through Friday 8:00 am 4:00 pm 

    On-site in Raynham, MA

    Sunflower Development Center provides ABA and speech therapy services to children and families. We are looking for someone who wants to become a dependable and valued part of our team.
