Our Corporate Buying Office is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our clothing procurement mail-in department. This is a Full-Time HQ entry-level position located in our Sun Valley, CA warehouse. Must be available Monday through Friday, 8:30 am – 5pm.


Pay Rate Range: $18.50-$19.50


Job Description 

•  Create prepaid packages to send to our customers and process return shipments to sellers
•  Fold mailer bags 
• Stamp envelopes 
• Pull UPS label upload weekly – checking for errors
• Pack and ship inter-store merchandise transfers 
• Receive all incoming shipments and organize - record damages, separate bag by status
• Submit UPS lost package investigations 
• Catalog off-season inventory weekly according to loss prevention standards 
• Follow donations schedule and pull donations for weekly pickups 

Skills Requirements:


·       Physically able to pack and lift large boxes and bags up to 40lbs 
·       Strong attention to detail 
·       Ability to meet strict deadlines and pivot between tasks  
·       Great communication skills 
·       Sense of urgency, efficiency and positive attitude 
·       Punctual + reliable 
·       Ability to work independently 
·       Operationally savvy 
·       Experience in a retail stock room or warehouse environment preferred but not required
