Duties include preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents; maintaining organized filing and recordkeeping systems; organizing, reviewing, and processing forms and program documentation; responding to inquiries and providing assistance to staff and community members; processing purchase orders, invoices, and other payment-related documentation; and performing other related administrative duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required. AA certification/degree, and/or administrative certification. 1-3 years administrative, clerical, customer service, or related work experience preferred. Experience working with the public and providing courteous and professional customer serviceMust be able to maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive informationExcellent computer skills.Open and receptive to program clientele, staff, and the publicFluent in Keres Language preferredMust understand Tribal Culture, practices, and traditional forms of governmentExtended working hours such as weekends, holidays, etc. Must be able to satisfactorily pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
