    Prepares

    instructional

    handouts

    materials

    as

    requested

    for

    the

    teaching

    staff.

    Assists

    in

    scheduling

    substitute

    staff

    needed

    event

    of

    a

    faculty

    absence

    Monitors

    students

    sent

    to

    the

    office

    for

    meetings

    with

    the

    Principal.

    Assists

    with

    new

    student

    and

    building

    orientation.

    absences.

    Assists

    in

    distribution

    collection

    of

    standardized

    building

    pages

    prepares

    newsworthy

    inclusion

    the

    school

    page

    the

    local

    newspaper

    of

    students,

    parents

    and

    the

    community.

    Keeps

    assignments
