Schedule
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
No weekends!

What You'll Do:

As an Administrative Assistant, you'll play an important role in keeping our department organized and supporting our management team with day-to-day operations. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide administrative support to the General Manager and department managers
• Manage general office tasks including filing, copying, mail, and document organization
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally
• Coordinate and track travel arrangements for Team Members
• Communicate with vendors, guests, and internal departments
• Perform data entry and maintain department databases and records
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Prepare and route documents for management review, approval, and signatures
• Assist the Accounts Payable department, as needed
• Help coordinate departmental projects and administrative needs
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities 
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Professional and dependable with a positive attitude 

Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we encourage strong candidates with strong organizational, communication, and computer skills to apply.
