    Description

    Administrative Assistant

    HOAMCO is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support for Villages at Lynx Creek community. This position requires an individual who excels at customer service, organization, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while handling interruptions as part of the routine, and maintaining professionalism.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to homeowners, board members, and managers.

    This is a full-time position.

    Qualifications:

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Previous Homeowners Association (HOA) experience a plus
    • Ability to prioritize workload and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills
    • Handle a broad range of administrative duties autonomously
    • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Professional demeanor with attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

    Duties:

    • Provide administrative support for two dedicated community associations.
    • Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications to complete projects and assignments.
    • Utilizing programs to compile Monthly Management Reports, as well as compiling board packets and supporting documentation for community managers.
    • Address incoming telephone calls while managing ongoing projects and assignments.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to homeowners, board members, and vendors.
    • Create and distribute professional, polished written communications.
    • Conduct weekly site visits to evaluate community conditions, confirm compliance, assess property conditions, and proactively identify issues requiring attention.
    • Coordinate with landscape team to effectively manage and track work orders.
    • Assist with special projects and perform additional duties as assigned.
