Now Hiring: Administrative Assistant (Inside Sales + Graphic Design Preferred)
We’re a fast-growing screen printing company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment and enjoys working with customers while supporting daily operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Assist with inside sales—responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, and following up with customers
- Communicate with clients to understand their design and order needs
- Coordinate orders with production to ensure accuracy and deadlines are met
- Help manage emails, scheduling, and general office tasks
What We’re Looking For:
- Meticulous attention to detail: Must have exceptional attention to detail. The ability to catch errors before quotes are sent or jobs reach production is critical.
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under deadlines
- Calm under pressure
- Problem solver who takes initiative

- Team player
- Comfortable multitasking: switching between office tasks, clients walking in/calling, and production-related questions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Graphic design experience is a big plus (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar
