Administrative Assistant - Condominium Service Coordinator

Front desk, receptionist, guest services, condominium, apartment, or property management experience preferred.

Condominium Service Coordinator – Temp-to-Hire

Pay: $20.00–$22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Type: Temp-to-Hire | 3–6 Month Contract Period

We're seeking a polished, dependable, and customer-focused Condominium Service Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, vendors, and contractors
• Answer and route incoming calls
• Assist with resident requests and general inquiries
• Manage keys, access cards, mail, and community records
• Coordinate party room rentals and resident registration
• Support access-control, EV charging, and bike permit processes
• Enter new resident information and prepare welcome packages
• Scan, file, and maintain accurate documentation
• Provide general administrative support

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Front desk, receptionist, guest services, condominium, apartment, or property management experience preferred
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Conversion

Pay is $20.00–$22.00/hour during the contract period, based on experience.
Upon successful conversion to permanent employment, compensation may increase to up to $24.00/hour, with benefits that may include:
