JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Follows district policy and procedures to work effectively with Payroll / Finance, Human Resources, District Staff, Parents and Community Process monthly payroll, purchase orders and billing Input and track attendance for all transportation employeesMonitor time clock system for transportation StaffMonitor budgetEnter and maintain purchase order informationProvide customer service for staff, students, parents and communityAssists Director and Supervisors in the completion of special assigned dutiesAssists Dispatcher with field trip schedulingAssist with dispatcher duties of answering phones and using two way radio Maintain a system of records for CDE reportingAssist Director and Supervisors with meeting minutes, scheduling and appointments*Completes special projects and other duties as assigned Westminster Public Schools is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
