We are seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to help keep our clinical operations running smoothly through EMR workflows, scheduling support, audits, intake coordination, insurance-related tasks, and administrative follow-through.This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in staying organized, and finds fulfillment in supporting the behind-the-scenes work that helps patients receive the care they need.What You'll DoDaily Workflow & EMR Support:Complete workflow tasks in Homecare Homebase (HCHB) including audits, follow-ups, and document reviewAssist with clinical processes includingVisits auditsPre-billing supportEVV workflowsRecertification and discharge trackingMaintain accurate patient records and ensure documentation is completeSupport compliance and quality assurance efforts through routine reviewsScheduling & Intake Support:Provide backup support for scheduling and intakeAssist with visit tracking and updates using internal systems and spreadsheetsHelp ensure visit documentation is complete and ready for billingInsurance & Authorization Support:Assist with insurance-related administrative workflowsSupport the authorization tracking, verification, and follow-upCommunicate with team to ensure services are authorized and can beginGeneral Administrative Support:Answer and triage incoming callsCommunicate professionally with clinicians, office staff, patients, and providersScan, attach, and manage orders within patient chartsAssist with data entry, record maintenance, and other administrative projects as assignedWhat We're Looking ForExperience in administrative, office, healthcare support, or customer serviceStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage competing priorities and remain accurateReliable follow-through and sense of accountabilityProfessional communication across teams and departmentsPositive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new systems and processesWhat We OfferGenerous PTOMedical, dental, and vision insuranceSupplemental insurance options401(k) with employer matchEmployee Assistance ProgramStructured onboarding and ongoing supportWhy Join SummitWest Care?You matter.
