Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–4:00pm

Lingo Staffing is hiring an Administrative Assistant for a leading manufacturing company in the Christiansburg area!

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with strong administrative and data entry skills who thrives in a fast-paced office environment. Ideal candidates will be proactive, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting daily business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative support including filing, document organization, and high-volume data entry
  • Utilize multiple computer systems and maintain accurate electronic records and databases
  • Organize, clean up, and maintain structured filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Assist with coordination of meetings, events, and office functions, including scheduling and vendor/food coordination
  • Provide day-to-day office support to ensure efficient workflow and operations
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in an administrative assistant, office support, or clerical role required
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (data entry, tracking, organization)
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document management
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “go-getter” attitude and ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
  • Primarily seated position with occasional walking or standing
  • Experience in Accounting, Bookkeeping, or Customer Service Preferred
