  • Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of administrative experience

  • Oversees purchasing and financial coordination tasks such as initiating check requests, creating purchase orders, obtaining competitive quotes, coding invoices, and coordinating with Accounts Payable while ensuring budget compliance.

  • Supports facility safety and compliance efforts by assisting with hospital hazard/safety rounds, annual furniture assessments, corrective action tracking, and special projects.

  • Generates, reviews, and distributes preventive maintenance work orders and electronic reports while ensuring timely completion, filing, and documentation accuracy.

  • Maintains Facilities and Maintenance systems and records, including licensure files, preventive maintenance documentation, CMMS administration, and regulatory dashboards (CMS, TJC, OSHA).

  • Coordinates administrative operations including scheduling meetings, organizing conferences, handling calls/messages, and communicating schedule changes with leadership.

  • Responsibilities

  • Manages and distributes correspondence, reports, and documentation with a focus on accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

  • Work alongside experienced interdisciplinary teams across high-acuity patient populations.

  • Practice at the top of your license with autonomy in clinical decision-making.
