Since 1982, IFD has provided intensive, in-home family services to keep children safe, strengthen families, and reduce the need to place children in state-funded care. We provide an array of evidence- and research-based services. Our HOMEBUILDERS model of Intensive Family Preservation Services is internationally known.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE

We are looking for someone to support our clinical team, with the following qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and maintain client and employee confidentiality
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, prioritize, problem-solve and work independently
• Proficient with word processing and database applications
• Ability to type 60+ wpm
• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
