Administrative Assistant
Our physical therapy clinic is looking for a positive and dependable person to work in our office. The role involves both interacting with patients, as well as helping with general office duties.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Organizational skills
• Critical Thinking
• Detail oriented
• Team oriented, positive and flexible
• Prefer experience knowledge of medical insurance, administration, comfortable with math and computers

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phones
• Patient registration and scheduling
• Collect co-pays
• Client account management
