Job Description:

Job Title: Onsite Office Support

Reports To: Site Manager
Industry: Construction

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Support to support our onsite team at a large-scale construction project. This role requires strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the construction site by providing administrative, clerical, and coordination support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating catered lunches.
  • Unloading supplies, stocking, supply runs to purchase material for the following week
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for deliveries, logistics, and access to the construction site.
  • Help enforce site safety and security protocols by managing sign-in sheets, badging, and access control documentation.
  • Have a reliable vehicle for supply runs
  • Maintain updated filing systems and other lite clerical work as needed  
  • Supporting onboarding needs as required for new team members, including paperwork and orientation materials.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Some college or current college student looking for full / part-time work
  • Ability to lift 50lbs or more as needed to stock materials
  • Comfortable working in an onsite construction trailer or field office environment
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Some holiday and weekend work will be required

Work Conditions:

  • On-site at a construction site; PPE may be required.
  • 8 wide trailer is the office with a designated space for the admin.
  • Business hours are from 7:30am to 5:30pm with occasionally extended hours based on project needs.
  • Exposure to outdoor conditions and construction-related activities.
