Organize and place collected materials into project binders precisely as requested.
Track project progress rigorously by following a standardized checklist.
Document status updates and provide periodic reports to the supervisor regarding call statuses.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
Excellent professional communication skills for conducting phone calls and outreach.
