Job Responsibilities

Provides comprehensive administrative and technical support to the Statewide Outreach Division operations, including but not limited to generating documents, spreadsheets, and reports. Maintains active physical filing system and manages the systematic transfer, cataloging and boxing of inactive files for archiving. Manages financial workflows by processing purchase requisitions, invoices, forms, and SCEIS shopping carts/goods receipts. Assists with special projects, referrals, and compiling training or technical support materials. Serves as the primary point of contact for the Columbia Outreach Center and Charleston Center, handle phone calls, emails, faxes and visitors with a focus on positive customer service. Collaborates with all statewide programming to maintain and disperse inventory, office supplies, and equipment. Arranges conference room reservations, sets up technical and printed meeting materials, coordinates hotel bookings, and handles catering/lunch logistics for workshops and conferences.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Must possess an Associate Degree and six years experience in business administration, public administration or administrative services, or a bachelors degree with 4 years experience in business administration, public administration, or administrative services.
