    Location: Hybrid (Must be based in Washington State and able to work onsite in Redmond, WA, three days per week)

    Pay Rate: $40/hour


    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant IV to provide high-level executive and organizational support within a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly cross-functional environment. In this role, you will be a trusted partner to leadership, helping drive productivity and operational excellence through expert calendar management, stakeholder coordination, event planning, and administrative support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling priorities, and meeting logistics across multiple stakeholders.
    • Coordinate and support day-to-day business operations to maximize executive effectiveness and team productivity.
    • Oversee general office administration, including ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and supporting basic bookkeeping activities.
    • Review and process invoices, reports, memos, correspondence, financial documents, and other business materials.
    • Review and maintain corporate records, documentation, and reports with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
    • Analyze incoming communications, submissions, and reports to determine priority, significance, and appropriate distribution.
    • Prepare agendas, presentation materials, and meeting documentation for leadership, committees, and board meetings.
    • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, offsite meetings, team events, and other business activities.
    • Serve as a key liaison between executives, vendors, business partners, and internal teams.

    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
    • Proven experience handling highly confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
    • Strong event planning and meeting coordination experience.
    • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to provide guidance and constructive feedback.
    • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.


    Education & Experience

    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • 8-10 years of administrative support experience required.
    • Experience supporting senior executives and leadership teams required.
    • Experience working in large, fast-paced corporate environments preferred.
