    Role Overview

    ANDERSEN is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide onsite operational and administrative support for a large, fast-paced engineering organization. This role will serve as a key onsite resource, helping ensure employees have the facilities, equipment, workplace services, and event support they need to stay productive. This is not primarily a calendar-management role. The focus is hands-on office operations, onboarding, hardware and asset coordination, facilities support, and event logistics.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    ·      Coordinate new hire onboarding and onsite readiness.

    ·      Manage hardware requests, asset tracking, equipment returns, and attrition processing.

    ·      Support facilities, workspace, lab, storage, and general office needs.

    ·      Coordinate deliveries, office supplies, equipment, snacks, and operational inventory.

    ·      Support onsite meetings, team events, town halls, and morale activities.

    ·      Coordinate vendors, catering, invoices, and event logistics.

    ·      Maintain shared spaces, storage areas, and supplies.

    ·      Troubleshoot day-to-day onsite operational needs and workplace issues.

    ·      Partner with administrative team members to provide responsive support across the organization.

    1. Onsite Operations & Facilities Coordination: 2–4 years
    2. Hardware, Asset & Onboarding Management: 2–4 years
    3. Event & Vendor Management: 2–4 years

     

    Preferred Qualifications

    ·      Recent Microsoft experience, preferably within the last 1–2 years.

    ·      Familiarity with Microsoft tools, processes, and a fast-paced corporate environment.

    ·      Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

    ·      Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.

    ·      Ability to independently manage multiple competing priorities.

    ·      Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    ·      Professional, service-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.

    ·      Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

    ·      Experience supporting engineering, technical, or other high-impact teams is a plus.

    ·      Important Eligibility Requirement | Candidates must have at least 12 months of access/eligibility available for the assignment.
