    Job Description:

    The Administrative Applications Analyst is a Full Time, Regular position working remote Monday-Friday day shift


    This position supports the administrative business applications used across Inland's related companies, including but not limited to Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and IT. Support for these applications is critical to business operations. The analyst logs and manages cases in ServiceNow, the company's case management system.


    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    ·         Provide support for Workday (ERP) used across Inland's related companies.

    ·         Log, track, and manage service tickets and cases in ServiceNow, the company's case management system.

    ·         Troubleshoot and resolve application issues to maintain critical business operations.

    ·         Support long-term application stability across administrative business systems.

    ·         Manage application upgrades and new software releases, including testing, coordination, and communication with affected stakeholders.

    ·         Coordinate with Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, IT and Leadership to identify, prioritize, and resolve application support needs.

    ·         Work effectively and maintain composure and accuracy in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

    ·         Perform other duties as assigned.

    ·         Maintain strict confidentiality within Inland Imaging.

    ·         Follow all HIPAA, PHI non-disclosure, and company security policies.

    ·         Follow all Health and Safety policies and guidelines of Inland Imaging or its partners depending on work location.

    ·         Follow all company policies including those regarding harassment, non-retaliation, discrimination, and respectful workplace.

    ·         Communicate effectively with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

    ·         Demonstrate detail orientation, multi-tasking ability, and strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

    ·         Use good teamwork and communication skills to identify concerns and solutions; assist where needed to ensure a smooth-functioning department.

    ·         Regular and reliable attendance is required for this position.

    ·         Other tasks may be assigned and management retains the right to add or change the duties at any time.

    There is little or no supervisory responsibility in this position.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education

    Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Experience

    Two to four years of related experience, including experience and knowledge of administrative business applications, ticketing/case management systems, human resources/accounting/payroll systems, and application support. Specific experience with Workday and ServiceNow. Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently are required.

    Licensur
    Must pass a background check per RCW 43.43.830–840. Must not appear on the HHS OIG List of Excluded Individuals.

    Drug Test

    Must pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test.

    Microsoft Office Suite

    Case/Ticket Management Tools
