Job Summary
This position is an integral part of the Medical Staff Quality (MSQ) team within the Office of Clinical Affairs (OCA). The role serves as a core support resource focusing on foundational data management, reporting, and program management across the team. High performance expectations include accuracy in communications, attention to detail, and absolute discretion regarding confidential, extremely sensitive matters. Designed for an individual looking to establish a strong professional foundation in healthcare administration, this role offers the flexibility to learn the department's core functions and grow within the scope of work, while interacting directly with healthcare leadership. The individual will provide vital administrative support to various committees, assist with critical data systems, and serve as an operational liaison to various clinical, quality, compliance, and case management offices.
