HELP BUILD THE TEAM. KEEP THE OPERATION MOVING.
Freight Breakers LLC is looking for a dependable and organized Admin / Recruiter to support our warehouse operation in Jacksonville, FL.
This position plays an important role in keeping our operation properly staffed and organized. You will work closely with the Site Manager and Supervisors to maintain accurate attendance and payroll information, recruit new employees, conduct interviews, and complete new-hire onboarding.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Enter and track payroll and attendance information from daily supervisor paperwork
Post job advertisements and respond to applicants
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews
Maintain recruiting activity and help keep each shift properly staffed
Complete new-hire onboarding and paperwork
Communicate with employees, Supervisors, and Site Management
Maintain accurate and organized records
Adapt to changing daily priorities and operational needs
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable, punctual, and strong time-management skills
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently while communicating with a team
Able to learn and use Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft 365 applications
Able to maintain a consistent routine while adapting when priorities change
Professional and positive attitude
Previous recruiting, administrative, or warehouse experience is a plus
