Job Summary: Administrative Director, Department of Public Safety

Harris Health is looking for a dynamic and experienced executive to serve as the Administrative Director of Public Safety, the organization's senior leader responsible for enterprise security strategy and public safety operations.

This role goes far beyond traditional security management. The Administrative Director serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, leading system-wide initiatives that strengthen workplace safety, reduce organizational risk, enhance emergency preparedness, and protect critical healthcare operations. From security technology and access control to workplace violence prevention and threat assessment, you will shape the policies, programs, and strategies that safeguard more than just facilities, you will help protect the people who deliver and receive care every day.

Minimum Qualifications

Degrees: Bachelor's degree in business, Criminal Justice or related healthcare area

Work Experience: Ten (10) years in security or healthcare related field

Management Experience: Seven (7) years in Healthcare Security Management

Communication Skills:

Above Average Verbal (Heavy Public Contact)

Exceptional Verbal (e.g., Public Speaking)

Writing /Correspondence

Writing /Reports

Proficiencies: MS Word, P.C.
