Lingo Staffing is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to support a busy pediatric clinic. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and families, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.

As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience while helping ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome patients, families, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and accurately route inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient check-in/check-out processes
  • Maintain accurate patient information and clinic records
  • Assist with administrative and clerical tasks to support daily operations
  • Coordinate communication between patients, families, and clinical staff
  • Help maintain an organized, efficient, and professional front office environment
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, administrative assistant, or customer service experience required
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and general computer applications
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable, professional, and self-motivated
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with EMR systems and insurance verification preferred
  • NPA software experience is a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish/English candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
