Classification Summary Adjunct Faculty are employed for the duration of the teaching assignment as specified in the contract and employment beyond the termination date specified in the contract is neither expressed nor implied. Adjunct teaching assignments will not exceed 18 semester hours in an academic year (August through May). The President will make exceptions as necessary.
Minimum Education and/or Training and Experience Masters degree in the subject matter field for assignments in transfer programs or hold a valid vocational certificate for assignments in vocational-technical programs.
