    One doctoral course per semester focusing on management, organizational behavior, leadership, and management development, or closely related areas in the EDBA.

    Position Description

    POSITION:

    The Department of Management and Entrepreneurship in the School of Business at the College of Charleston invites applications for an Adjunct Professor starting August 16, 2026.

    Responsibilities include one doctoral course per semester focusing on management, organizational behavior, leadership, and management development, or closely related areas in the EDBA.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    A PhD from either AACSB, EFMD, or EQUIS-accredited programs is the minimum academic requirement for this position. Preference will be given to candidates who are enthusiastic, collegial, engaged with students, good communicators, and team players.
