    Position Overview

    This position entails teaching studio art classes such as, Ceramics, Jewelry, Small Metals, Sculpture, Painting, Printmaking, 2D Design, 3D Design, Life Drawing, to college level students.

    Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes.

    What you need to succeed

    • Masters Degree in Visual Arts (MFA) from a regionally accredited institution; or a Masters Degree and 18 graduate credits in visual arts from a regionally accredited institution
    • Excellent interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills, oral and written
