Adjunct Faculty - Master of Public Health (MPH) Program Delaware Valley University

Job Summary:

Delaware Valley University invites applications for part-time adjunct faculty positions to teach in our fully online Master of Public Health (MPH) program, launching in Fall 2025. Designed to integrate theory and applied skills, the curriculum emphasizes a One Health approach-recognizing the interconnection between human, animal, and environmental health.

Courses are delivered synchronously online in 15-week semesters during the Fall, Spring, and Summer terms.

Responsibilities:

• Teach assigned course(s) under the guidance of the MPH Program Director • Assess student learning outcomes • Participate in occasional curriculum development and review • Engage in continued professional development

Courses with Potential Teaching Assignments Include:

• Introduction to Epidemiology • Environmental Health • Environmental Epidemiology • Biostatistics and Data Analysis

Qualifications:

A minimum of a Master's degree, preferably in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Environmental Health from a regionally accredited institution.

3-5 years of professional experience in public health or a related field relevant to the course(s) taught.

Prior teaching or training experience is strongly preferred.
