JOB DUTIES
Reporting to the Dean, the Adjunct Faculty member provides instruction and support to students in the Electronics Engineering Technology program. The instructor facilitates student learning through classroom, laboratory, and applied technical instruction, effectively utilizing college resources, equipment, facilities, and educational technologies to enhance student engagement and achievement. Adjunct faculty at Mercer County Community College (MCCC) play a vital role in preparing students for careers in electronics, engineering technology, and related industries by fostering technical competency, critical thinking, and practical problem-solving skills while supporting the mission of the College.
