Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC) seeks to fill the position of Adjunct Faculty - Criminal Justice, located in the Division of Business and Law. This is a part-time position, and is open for recruitment.
Duties and Responsibilities: • Faculty members responsibilities shall be teaching courses as assigned. • Assessments: Faculty may be required to teach evenings and weekends as well as online and dual enrollment courses. • Other duties as assigned.
Required Education: • Masters degree in criminal justice or masters degree and 18 graduate semester hours in criminal justice; • Or masters degree in any field with a minimum of 15 years practical work experience in law enforcement, courts, or corrections; • Or a Juris Doctorate with 5 years of experience in criminal law.
Preferred Experience: • College-level teaching experience.
