The primary purpose and function of this position is to deliver instruction and support student success. Adjunct Faculty develop course syllabi, outlines, and lesson plans for curriculum courses assigned. Develop lectures, classroom activities, laboratory, hands-on exercises, and/or actual work site exercises for students to participate and learn. Monitor and record student progress in courses. Administer tests or other evaluation methods to students; grade and give feedback on exercises, homework assignments, and tests; and keep records of student attendance. The adjunct instructor will use available instructional technologies, maintain necessary records, submit all reports in a timely manner, and complete related other duties as assigned.

Minimum/required qualifications include a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours in the desired teaching discipline. Online teaching experience is beneficial. All degrees must be from accredited institutions.
