Compensation:
Pay Range: $32.00-$40.00 Per HR
Description:
• This position involves planning and conducting therapeutic activities for individuals and groups.
• The role requires significant understanding of behavioral health programs and client progression through treatment systems.
• Located in Crownsville, MD, this contract role demands a flexible schedule with occasional evening and weekend shifts.
Requirements:
• Minimum Alcohol and Drug Trainee certification (ADT) through the Maryland Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists.
• Experience in managing caseloads in accordance with state regulations.
• Proficiency in completing screenings, intakes, and clinical assessments.
• Ability to provide various counseling sessions based on treatment plans.
• Experience in monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans.
• Competence in maintaining accurate electronic documentation.
• Availability for one evening shift per week and two rotating weekends as needed.
Qualifications:
• CSC-AD, CAC-AD, LGADC, LGPC, LCPC, LCADC, or LICSW/LCSW preferred.
• Experience in the Human Services field.
• Valid professional license and required certifications.
• Experience with justice-involved clients is a plus.
