Addiction Recovery Specialist (80472)

Pay Rate $24.01-26.44 per hour, depending on certification and experience!

Bachelor's in Human Services or related preferred

CADAC II certification or ability to obtain within 24 months

We are seeking Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as the Addiction Recovery Specialist in a full-time position at Heritage Trail Correctional Facility in Plainfield, Indiana.

The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility, through outpatient treatment, addiction recovery education, and group counseling.

• Bachelor's degree in human services field or related preferred
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II+, LAC, LAC-A, LSW) or higher certification/licensure or the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date required
• Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR, first-aid, Basic Life Support (BLS), and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable

Available Shift: full-time days, Monday-Friday
