    Description

    Mission

    We are seeking an ADAS Validation Engineer with 3-5 years of automotive validation experience to support the testing and validation of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). The ideal candidate will execute test plans, perform vehicle and bench testing, analyze test results, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure system quality and performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Execute validation activities for ADAS features (ACC, AEB, LKA, BSM, Parking Assist, etc.).

    • Develop and execute test cases based on system requirements.

    • Perform vehicle, bench, and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing.

    • Analyze CAN logs and troubleshoot issues using CANoe/CANalyzer or Vehicle Spy.

    • Report defects, validate fixes, and prepare comprehensive test reports.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional software, hardware, and systems engineering teams.

    Profile

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive, or a related Engineering discipline.

    • 3-5 years of hands-on automotive validation or testing experience.

    • Proficiency with CAN tools (CANoe, CANalyzer, or Vehicle Spy).

    • Working knowledge of CAN, LIN, Automotive Ethernet, and diagnostic protocols.

    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Hands-on experience with ADAS sensors (Camera, Radar, Ultrasonic).

    • Exposure to HIL simulation platforms, Python/CAPL scripting, and tools like Jira or DOORS.

    • Familiarity with ISO 26262 functional safety standards and AUTOSAR architecture.
