ADA Production Technician / Manufacturing Team Member

CAB Signs is a growing wholesale sign manufacturing company looking for a dependable, hardworking person to join our ADA production team.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position for someone who wants stability, consistent hours, and an opportunity to grow long-term with a company.

We are looking for someone serious about work — reliable, focused, detail-oriented, and willing to learn. Right now this department is extremely busy, and we are looking to hire quickly to help support production and reduce backlog.

What You'll Be Doing

• Producing ADA and engraved signs
• Operating lasers, engravers, printers, and production equipment
• Preparing materials and assembling signage
• Reading work orders and following specifications carefully
• Quality checking completed orders
• Keeping work areas clean and organized
• Supporting the production team to keep jobs moving on time

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• Full-Time
• 40+ hours per week
• Overtime available during busy periods

Pay

• $20–24/hr based on experience
