Starting Compensation $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Essential Duties
Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, notices, and judgments
Conduct legal research and analyze issues, including chains of title and tax matters
Prepare for dockets and represent clients in court appearances in Harris and surrounding counties
Collaborate with staff on collection and litigation activities
Communicate with clients, taxpayers, and opposing counsel
Participate in business development, including networking events and statewide conferences
Professional Skills

Required Experience
