BayCare is currently in search of our newest Acute Care Physical Therapist Pool/PRN who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. Acute Care Physical Therapist (Pool/PRN) Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other therapists to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and post-discharge recommendations.
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the electronic medical record.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Required: BLS (Basic Life Support)
• Required: PT (Physical Therapy) License
• OR PT (Physical Therapy) - Eligible to Obtain
• OR PT (Physical Therapy) - Temporary, with licensure within 6 months
• Required: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Preferred: 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
