Job Requirements
Education Requirements:

• Valid RN license from an accredited nursing program.

Certifications Requirements:

• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification.
• PALS certification (preferred).

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg, ER, or Swing Bed experience.
• Prior experience in Critical Access Hospitals (CAH) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to adapt to rotating shifts (6a-6p or 6p-6a).
• Flexibility to work weekends every other 3rd weekend.
• Excellent patient communication and professional advising skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in Med/Surg, ER, and Swing Bed settings, following facility protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Document patient progress, treatments, and medication administration accurately within the EMR system.
• Educate and advise patients and their families on care procedures, health management, and safety measures.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, ensuring infection control standards are met.
