360 Medical is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our innovative workplace health practice serving employees of a leading private equity firm. 

This is an opportunity to move beyond the traditional high-volume primary & acute care model and focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional longitudinal acute/bridged primary patient care. The Opportunity
As a Concierge Acute / Bridged Primary Care Provider, you'll serve as a trusted healthcare partner to your patients, providing comprehensive primary care with an emphasis on prevention, early intervention, and continuity.

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive acute care and bridged primary care 
• Conduct preventive visits, screenings, and health assessments
• Examine, diagnose, treat and manage common and chronic conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications within applicable regulations
• Emphasize prevention, lifestyle modification, and long-term health
• Coordinate care, referrals and follow-up with specialists
• Collaborate with medical, musculoskeletal, and mental health professionals
• Deliver a highly personalized, concierge-level patient experience
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Who We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced clinician who combines strong clinical judgment with exceptional interpersonal skills and values the opportunity to practice thoughtful, relationship-based medicine. 

Qualifications

• PA or NP with Current Florida State license
• 2-10+ years of primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or related clinical experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment across a broad range of primary and acute care needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, collaborative, and service-oriented approach
• Experience in concierge medicine, executive health, corporate health, preventive medicine, or multidisciplinary care is preferred
