What You'll Do
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute surgical patients during day operations
- Support inpatient surgical consults and ongoing surgical service coverage
- Assist in perioperative care, including pre- and post-operative management
- Collaborate with attending surgeons on treatment plans and clinical decision-making
- Coordinate care across disciplines to ensure seamless patient flow and outcomes
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation and clinical communication

Work Experience
- Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with active Maryland licensure (or eligibility)
- Prior experience in acute care, surgery, emergency medicine, or hospital-based practice preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex inpatient cases
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered surgical care
Salary Range:
$128,187.07-$169,209.48, based on years of relevant experience.
