We are seeking a customer service-oriented individual to join Mile High Acura in Denver, Colorado. As a Service Consultant, you can build a rewarding career in the automotive industry with a premium brand. Automotive experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person who brings professionalism, strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to help customers through consultative selling.
What You’ll Do
- Provide an exceptional customer experience from greeting through follow-up.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and communicate clearly and professionally.
- Assist customers with service-related questions, scheduling, and next steps.
- Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and management to support a smooth customer process.
- Represent a premium automotive brand with confidence, courtesy, and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow established processes.
