Main Line Talent Group is
conducting a confidential search on behalf of a U.S.-based consumer products
manufacturer that controls its supply chain end-to-end — from product
development and production through fulfillment and direct customer delivery.
The company operates its own manufacturing facilities and has built a
proprietary technology stack to manage operations at every stage.
The technology environment is
sophisticated and intentional. Acumatica anchors the financial and inventory
ledger, while purpose-built internal systems handle production planning, shop
floor execution, and warehouse management. A dedicated data platform supports
reporting and analytics, and the company is actively expanding its use of
automation and AI to reduce manual intervention across core workflows. This
hire will play a central role in that evolution.
Role Overview
The Senior ERP & Operational
Systems Architect will take ownership of the transactional systems that keep
the business running accurately. The focus of this role is ensuring Acumatica
remains a clean, reliable source of financial and inventory truth and that
every system touching it does so through well-defined, well-governed
integration points.
This is a senior individual
contributor role with significant cross-functional influence. You will work
closely with finance, operations, and engineering to eliminate data
fragmentation, modernize workflows, and build the systems discipline required
to support continued growth and automation.

internal controls
Systems Integration &
Architecture
- Define and document how Acumatica interfaces with
internal MRP, MES, and WMS systems
- Establish clear ownership boundaries and data flow
rules across the systems landscape
- Design and maintain API contracts between ERP and
operational execution systems
- Build reconciliation processes and integration
monitoring to catch discrepancies early
- Work alongside engineering teams to govern how new
internal tools connect to the ERP
- Prevent data duplication and protect the integrity of
financial records
Process & Workflow Redesign
- Map and redesign cross-functional workflows across
production, inventory, fulfillment, and finance
- Identify and eliminate reliance on manual workarounds
and disconnected spreadsheets
- Drive adoption of improved processes through structured
change management
- Ensure that process changes are implemented
consistently across all impacted systems
Data Quality & Automation
Readiness
- Maintain clean, structured ERP data that supports
reliable reporting and downstream automation
- Clarify and standardize costing logic and inventory
valuation methodologies
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to ensure
accurate handoffs from transactional systems
- Design workflows with automation in mind — reducing
human touchpoints where processes allow

materials governance, and inventory valuation
- Track record managing ERP environments that integrate
with multiple operational systems
- Familiarity with API-based integration patterns and
data ownership principles
