    What You’ll Do

    • Build Community: Plan and lead parties, educational programs, cultural events, workshops, and outings.

    • Connect with Residents: Learn residents’ stories, interests, and preferences through meaningful one-on-one time.

    • Support Technology: Assist with tablets, personal devices, presentations, audiovisual equipment, and interactive experiences.

    • Set Up Events: Safely arrange furniture, equipment, and supplies for community activities.

    • Collaborate: Partner with culinary, care, and operations teams to create successful events.

    • Multitask: Balance event logistics, resident engagement, and changing priorities with energy and flexibility.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Energetic & Creative: Passionate about enriching the lives of older adults.

    • Adaptable & Team-Oriented: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

    • Tech-Savvy: Confident with everyday technology and event equipment.

    • Physically Capable: Able to safely lift, push, and rearrange furniture and equipment.

    • Strong Communicator: Skilled at managing multiple responsibilities while connecting with residents.

    • Requirements: Must pass required background checks and health screenings.
